Consultations
Before placing your order with Baby CM Unique you may choose to see some samples in person. If you live in & around Leicester/Leicestershire area we can arrange an appointment so you can view the work I have; as I only have bespoke designs from previous clients. So every order is totally unique to your requirements.
Samples
Samples can be made to order to your requirements for a small charge of £5 per invitation/card. This cost though would then be deducted if you place an order with Baby CM Unique totally £50 or more. Please note that if you do purchase a sample from Baby CM Unique no samples must be copied under any circumstances in part or whole as they are copyright to Baby CM Unique.
On rare occassions alternative materials may have to be sourced from elsewhere due to discontinuation. The client will be advised of this before production takes place.
Payment
A 30% deposit is required to secure the order when placing with Baby CM Unique. The deposit is non-refundable. The outstanding balance will be required once the proofs have been approved by the client. Payment can be made by cheque or paypal (not at the moment though, sorry). Your items will only be dispatched when the final balance has cleared.
All prices are subject to change without notice, though the deposit secures the price of items ordered at the time of ordering.
If the order is partially cancelled with a large number of quanties being reduced, 10% of the initial balance will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Proof Reading your Stationery
Proof reading is the responsibilty of the client. Baby CM Unique will not be held responsible for any errors that go un-noticed after the proofs have been approved by the client. Please do check all details and advise Baby CM Unique of amendments and confirm acceptance. The proofs gives you an opportunity to check for any mistakes/errors there may be.
The client will be liable for any relevant costs incurred in correcting mistakes once the proof has been approved.

Baby Announcement Cards: Within 1 week from approval of proofs & final payment
Invitations/Thank You Cards: Depends upon quanty & how much notice I am given. But please get in touch & I am sure I wil be willing to aim to your requirements.
Favours: 2-3 weeks after final payment is recieved.
Delivery is usually made via Royal Mail Special Delivery and will require a signature upon delivery. The cost may differ slightly from each client so will be quoted on invoice.
Once your items have been dispatched Baby CM Unique will accept no responablilty of loss or damage. Although I will try to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. Any damages must be notified to me within 3 days of delivery.
If due to the concern of postal strikes etc we will come to some sort of arrangement at the time of point.
Artwork/Design Copyright
It is not permitted to publish or copy any artwork/designs belonging to Baby CM Unique. This includes any variations of the designs taiored specifically for a client, text, images, designs and products used. All personal details will be removed to be replaced by fictional details for use on Baby CM Uniques' website.
Variations/Safety
Most of the products used on the stationery are handmade so a slight variation may occur. This is not deemed a a fault.
Due to the delicate of the emblishments on all stationery & accessories. they are not considered suitable for young children
Returns
Upon delivery please check all items. Baby CM Unique will not refund or exchange unless an error/fault is discovered, then the original error/incorrect/faulty item must be returned before any amendments or replacement can be made.
